See more you play the game and I am trying to come up with ways to manage larger numbers of opponents in a combat. This right here is something I see as a potential problem no matter how. I created a bunch of dice trays and counters for NPCs/Zombies so I can roll all of their pools at once. I grabbed a ton of miniatures made from the Left for Dead series and 3d map bits. Counters for things like depletion points are handy. I brought in the GM screen for ease of use. You will probably want to have a separate character sheet for the stronghold. Copy/paste all of the equipment, for example, that you are going to use in a session. I did a number of things to keep the rules at hand for easy lookup. The biggest challenges, so far, have been a combination of learning the rules of the game and setting up the table to make it as easy as possible to run/play. roll20 is probably also a good one to get up and running quickly. That said, I looked at a few others and TTS is just the right way to go for us. A couple of friends and I have been ramping up a game using Tabletop Simulator.
